1. Real People Answering The Phone

Isn't it maddening to reach someone's answering machine when your basement is filled with water, your kitchen sink is backing up or your water heater has seen its last day? At Kramer & Sons our phones are staffed by Kramer employees from 7:00am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday.  No answering machine or answering service here!

2. Caring, Professional Customer Service Representative

Reaching a live human isn't much comfort if that person is surly or incompetent. Providing excellent customer service is our mission, not an inconvenience.  Call us at Kramer & Sons and you will be treated with courtesy and respect by all of our employees.  That's our goal, and that's your right!

3. Convenient Scheduling

Your time is valuable, your schedule is full.  We'll be there sometime today just won't work.   Kramer and Sons makes it a priority to accommodate your schedule.   By offering four time blocks through out the day and advance notice to your home, cell or work phone we strive to make our visit as convenient as possible.  Would you like a phone call to your office with one hour notice of the technicians arrival?  Consider it done!

4. Firm Price Quotes

You approve the price before we do the work.  Kramer and Sons Technicians will perform a thorough inspection of the job, provide you with any options and the full price before any work begins.  You will never have to wonder "Are they using any extra materials?"; "What if they take longer than expected?"; "Are there any hidden charges or surprises at the end?".   The price you approve is the price you are charged.

5. Guaranteed Performance

No matter which service or product you purchase from Kramer and Sons, you will know that you are covered.  Our written guarantees offer you the protection you deserve and many of our products have extended, or even lifetime, warranties.

Kramer and Sons 19 year history is your assurance that we will be here to stand behind those warranties.   If anything breaks down within the warranty period, we will there to fix at no charge to you!

6. Protection & Security

You can never be too cautious when allowing a stranger in your home.  Your security begins with our hiring process.  All applicants at Kramer and Sons are subjected to drug testing and criminal background checks as part of our screening process.

When our Service Technician arrives at your door expect to see him in full company uniform, ready to present you with his business card.  For added peace of mind, we instruct our Service Technicians to park the company vehicle where it is readily visible, so you know who is at your door.

7. Respect For Your Property

Plumbing can be a messy job, but your home won't be.  A Kramer and Sons Service Technician will arrive ready to protect your home with rubber gloves, shoe covers, drop cloths, vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies.

Our "Mess Free or No Fee" policy ensures that your home will be protected and respected.  You won't pay until the work area is as clean as we found it, guaranteed!

8. Qualified Service Technicians

Technological advances and ever-changing codes have made continual training a requirement for the modern Service Technician.  Technical skills are only part of the job; what about customer relations?  Kramer and Sons constantly invests in continuing and advanced education and training for our Service Technicians. A company that does not invest in education for its employees is not a company you want to do business with.

9. Complaints Handled Promptly and Courteously

No matter how good the company might be, human error may rear its head from time to time.  At Kramer and Sons we want to recruit customers for a lifetime, not for just a single job.  We promptly and courteously resolve all problems even if it costs us money.  We're not satisfied with the job unless you are!
