A Kramer and Sons Service Technician is always prepared to take of your needs.  Our Service Technicians are continually trained and updated on the latest products and services available.  Don’t be surprised to see him arrive in a “Rolling Warehouse” equipped with thousands of parts available to fix your problem right away.

Thinking of your safety first, the Service Technician has been through our screening process of both drug testing and criminal background check.  You should expect to see him arrive at your door him in full company uniform, ready to present you with his business card. 

With rubber gloves, shoe covers, drop cloths, vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies the Service Technician will be prepared to protect your home and stand behind our “Mess Free or No Fee” policy.

After a thorough inspection of the job, they will provide you with any options and the full price before any work begins. With your approval, the Service Technician will then proceed with the work.  You can relax knowing there will be no surprises, the price you approve is the price you are charged.
